Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation.
USA Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days with tracking. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
Important: This product contains a lithium battery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or to states where stun devices are restricted.
Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your package is delayed, contact support@wearsona.com with your tracking number.
Address: Customers are responsible for correct shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@wearsona.com if you entered wrong address. Once shipped, we cannot change address.
