Order Cancellation & Modification
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Cancellation Window:
You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item under our 30-day return policy once you receive it.
Address Changes:
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@wearsona.com.
We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package.
How to Request Cancellation:
For cancellation requests, please email support@wearsona.com and include:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours
